At Adamant House, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. If your piece isn’t quite right for you, we are here to ensure your return experience is as seamless as possible.
1. The 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in its original, pristine condition. Specifically, this means:

Unworn and unused with no signs of wear.

Original packaging must be intact, including all jewelry boxes, pouches, and certificates.

Security seals and tags must remain attached and untampered with.

Proof of purchase is required (your order number or email confirmation is sufficient).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please email us at info@adamanthouse.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request cannot be accepted.
4. Return Shipping

Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Method: For your peace of mind, we strictly require that returns are sent via a tracked shipping service with insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please share your tracking number with us once the item is dispatched.
5. Damages & Issues
Upon receipt, please inspect your jewelry immediately. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong piece, contact us right away at info@adamanthouse.com. We will prioritize these cases to make it right at no additional cost to you.
6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain strict hygiene and bespoke standards, we cannot accept returns on:

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the item has been worn.

Bespoke & Custom Pieces: Any jewelry that has been engraved, personalized, or custom-sized to your specifications.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: All promotional or sale items are final sale.
7. Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase for a refund. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired piece.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet all "Return Eligibility" criteria listed above.
9. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved Refunds: Funds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Processing: Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
