Shipping policy

At Adamant House, every piece is handled with care from our studio to your doorstep. All orders are shipped with tracked delivery. Tracking information is emailed once dispatched.

1. Processing Times

Ready‑to‑Wear: Dispatched within 1–2 business days. Dispatch Days: Monday–Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

Delivery times are estimates. Adamant House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Please note: we currently only ship within the UK.

3. International Duties & Taxes

United States: All orders now require formal customs entry. Import duties and local taxes may apply.

European Union: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Import VAT and a small customs handling fee (approx. €3–€5) may be charged upon arrival.

Rest of World: You are the Importer of Record and responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees. Please check your local customs portal for estimates.

4. Tracking & Delivery Security

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Express deliveries require a signature. Standard deliveries are fully tracked.
Insurance: Your jewellery is fully insured until the moment it is signed for.
Risk Transfer: Once delivered and signed for, responsibility passes to the recipient.

5. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to pay customs duties, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.
